Part1:
Episode starts off with Zaara holding Rishi and saying nothing will happen to him... Here Swetha and indu were doing pooja at Tulasi tree and Indu was sayng that "Please let nothing happen to my Mom and Dad" (So this girl had any sub conscious telepathy with Inshi???)Swetha was continuing praying while Zaara was here crying for Rishi and was trying to save him , She heard another bullet sound and covers over Rishi to save him... Rishi smiles and Zaara looks at a pistol aiming at terrorist and found it was Vanraj. Vanraj then discloses to Zaara that he was a cop under cover and when he saw her going on bike with Rishi, decided to come to SN and stay there in disguise. " Saying that Vanraj kill the goon and both Zaara and Vanraj trying to take Rishi to hospital. But no car stops by... there fore Vanraj points his gun to a taxi and Zara along with Rishi gets in. " As they goes Vanraj kills of the remaining goon trying to follow Zashi.
Zaara in taxi was very panicked for Rishi and was askign him not to go into unconscious state and keep on talkign some thing. Mean while Taxi stops as there was a block to road by tree... Zaara tells driver to move other wise treatens to shoot him. That panicked driver gets out of Taxi and run away. Zaara panicked decided to take the bullet by her self as she doesn't have time to go to hospital. She then watches a wron out abandoned house near by and decided to take rishi into it. Zaara was saying him to be conscious and she was going to remove bullet out as she had no time to take him to hospital . Rishi was saying "If u aren't my wife then why are u saving me "
PART 2 :
Rishi continues asking if u aren't my Shrimati ji then why did u save me
Zaara startles and says him "U keep speaking okay..."
Zaara was keeping fire while Rishi was lying on there and was heating the knife she had with her . As soon as she completed heating she went to Rishi to see him unconscious, Zaara worried tried to wake him saying "Rishi ji , I won't let any thign happen to u. I will make u fine. Open ur eyes. Talk to me ... " Rishi wake up coughing smiling and says "Scared na" Zaara sighing relievedly "means u are joking with me. " Rishi:"A small joke"Zaara:U are truly shameless na.." In the way she unknowingly hurts Rishi for which he moans and Zaara says "Sorry sorry. I am really sorry. U didn't get it na. "Rishi again smiles and saidby hari " Joking" Zaara gets angry and says "U are truly shames less... Look Don't do any such jokes on any one again Other wise I will kill u first. whats need for u to follow me?can't u keep ur work to ur self " Rishi :"Tell again"Zaara repeats it and Rishi says "100% Shrimati ji.. U are 100% shrimati ji only.. no doubt " Zaara stops and says "shut up ! I am Zaara Mallik khan not ur shrimati ji got it. Now will u please remove ur shirt " rishi in his flirting way denies to open shirt saying he can't see this beautiful face blushing. Zaara getting irked says "Over !Shall I remove the bullet now" Rishi says some poetry and Zaara says pleading "Please take off ur shirt" Rishi shushes her and starts to remove off his shirt which make Zaara Turn off her face . Part 3:
Zaara startes to remove the bullet (Bg playing) Zaara says "It pains a lot ,... can u bear" Rishi says with difficulty: "If u bear the pain of getting with ur love... u can bear any pain smiling" Zaara feeling awkward tries to remove the bullet slowly and after removing she says him to keep her eyes open for which he says "Now only came into conscious ness" and gets her dupatta teared off to tie the cloth on the wound.by hari She slowly makes the clothing for the wound and Bhol na halke is playing in the back ground. Rishi was happy seeing his shrimati ji back to him. After trying the cloth when she sees him he was going into unconscious state she says "Open ur eyes. Don't play jokes with em again" But then she realises that he was truly unconscious. She bring some water from the pot there and sprinkle on his eyes but he didn't open his eyes , she was keeping her hand on his face which makes him hold her hand and say "U are my shrimati ji na"
Zaara :Yeah I am ur .. shrimati ji only . u just keep ur eyes open
Rishi:My heart always say me that u are my wife only. "I love u"U also love me na once say me that u love me.my ears are aching from all these years to listen it"

MK frowns listening to this

MK was listening to this in phone when shwetha comes and says that Rishi didn't return yet
Mk cuts his phone and becomes serious. Here zaara isn't getting Rishi's pulse. Zaara was thinkgint hat she should some how make body temperature normal.
MK was thinkgin that "Zaara's panick was telling that she's hiding some thig. But with whom she is, I can understand , but where she is, I can get only by tracking her phone. " MK was tracing her signal while Zaara was trying to make Rishis temp. normal. But then she was trying to remember her training. She remembers her trainees words and hugs Rishi to give her body temperature to him. Then only MK arrives there and was shocked to see Zaara lying on Rishi.
