Ram approaches Ashwin but he asks him to come after half n hour..! Ram is waiting as Ashwin spends time playing on his xbox..! Entire family is waiting for Ram and Priya comes and tells that Ram is still at office and busy..! Neha talks to her son and finds out that they are not studying so they rush home! Rams mom says..since Ram is not coming n they are leaving..better they leave too..!
Ashwin comes to Ram and asks if he asked for advance on salary? Ram says.. if its possible! Ashwin says..its all in his hands.. he asks Ram how much he wants.. Rs. 2000 - 4000? Will be given but not for free he has to work! Ashwin hands over files to Ram n says..he has to check them and give report to him..! Ram asks all files? Ashwin says..yes..! He says that.. its good to work on Sundays..as there is no distraction..! He says..people are fool to spend time with family on sunday..! He says.. he learnt that from Ram.. .but seems Ram has forgotten.. since he din used to work. .but got other to work..! He asks Ram to keep the files on his table.. n leaves for the day..!
Rishabh discusses about his work.. n how to start.. without registration? Ram comes and says..that he is sure Rishabh will do well..! Priya says.. Ram made them wait for the entire day..! He hands over Rs. 4,000 cheque to Rishabh..1 He says..how can he take? Ram is managing all the expenses n needs money too! Ram says..no formality ..they are all family .. no humara tumhara.. keep it.. n when u earn return.!
Priya says.. Ram is elder bro..he can do this much! Pihu comes and asks for PSP ..! Ram says.. he does not have money .. so when next time he gets salary ..he will give PSP to Pihu! Pihu says..Ram is lying.. he din give her PSP but gave all money to Rishabh! She says.. Ram is bad dad..! Priya chides Pihu ..n asks her if dad is meant to only buy games? How dare she say that..! She chides Pihu n asks her to apologise to Ram n asks her to go n sleep..! Rishabh returns the cheque but Priya says. no .n that Pihu needs to learn.. that she wont get all things..she wants..!
At night.. Ram asks Priya if Pihu has eaten? Priya says. .no ..! Ram says..first time she slept hungry n PRiya says..before him..! She has done same in Dubai..! Ram says..maybe Priya was bit too strict? She is a kid.. n is learning to adjust..! Priya says.thats why she has to learn better that she wont get evertyhing n not all answers wil lbe a yes..! Ram agrees..to her!
Next day morning.. Priya offers tea to Rams mom n then Pihu comes n Priya greet sher but Pihu stays mum..! Rams grany greets Pihu and talks of school but Pihu says..she wont eat..! Priya says.. she has made Aloo Paratha for Pihu..! Pihu says..she does not want..! Ram says.. Pihu needs Eclairs.. Pihu says.. no..! Shipra comes n offers breakfast to Pihu too but she refuses..! Shipra chides Priya.. for scolding Pihu ..! Pihu asks Shipra..to not scold Priya..! Pihu says. .no dun scold..! Priya asks Pihu to come to her..! She comes! Priya asks Pihu if she felt bad Shipra chided Priya? She says yes..! Priay says. but she din feel bad.. as when youngsters make mistakes.. elders scold them but it does not mean.. parents dont love kids..! Priya suggests to buy PSP on the way to school..! Pihu is delighted n goes to get ready for school ..!
Part 2
Pihu is walking in the market holding hands with RaYa n says..that when she gets new PSP ..she will play with kush n all friends..! Priya asks her if she wants ice cream as she felt bad scolding Pihu .. Pihu is delighted..! Ram goes to get ice cream..! Priya points to some street kids playing Stapoo..! Pihu asks what is it? Priya explains the game..! Pihu asks how Priya knows how to play this game? Priya says..coz she used to play as a kid! Pihu asks why the street kids are playing on the road in sun n not at home with toys? Priya says.. they might not have toys.. ! Pihu asks why are they never sad? Priya says..coz they know that their parents dont have money to buy toys so...! Ram gets ice cream for Pihu n says..now they wil lgo to buy PSP but she says..she does not want..! She returns the ice cream to one of the street kids n starts to lear n stapoo from them! Ram says.. Priya has raised Pihu really well n PRiya says..its easy to gift things not values .. n says how she was worried previous night about teaching Pihu right values..! Pihu returns to them n Priya appreciates her saying good girl..!
Vikram asks his son Vikram. .to help him but he says he is busy playing game..! Vikram says..its urgent n he says..it will cost him..! Vikram says.. he isnt ashamed to exploit his dad n he says. .services need charge..! Vikram gives.. n goes..! Rohan too comes n asks Sammy to wrap his gift too n gives the advance..! Sammy is delighted..!
Ashwin assembles entire staff n introes Ayesha to them..! RaYa look on skeptically ..!

Ashwin shares that Kapoor Inds. has a big stake in their operations n greets Ayesha..! She says that usually people appoint youngsters but he has.. n she looks at RaYa..! She asks if the company will get affected by this? He says..they can discuss this..! Ayesha says fine..! Ashwin asks Ram to bring the budget report to his cabin ..! Ram says. its on his table..! Ayesha comes to Priya and says.. she might think she is Cinderella but her Prince is a pauper too now..! Some people are so ill fated.. they need to slog entire life..! Priya says..true.. and says..that she might know.. coz she needed max support..! Ayesha says.. there is diference. she is on top n Priya is still stuck..! Priya says.. one thing has changed..she used to support everyone earlier.. but now she supports only them who are with her.. so its not sad..! She asks Ayesha if she understands Khushi? Ayesha says.. yes..! She leaves from there..!
